Blackstaffe Pump Castings
This pump body is designed for retrofitting 1-1/2 to 4-inch stroke engines that need a lever-driven pump. It incorporates both feed water and condensate chambers. It can be direct-driven on a <3” stroke engine. The pump body has cored passages and chambers for ball checks, and is designed for limiting excessive ball rise.

Assembly height, base to gland tops, 6-1/2” Builder has option to attach piping by threaded holes (3/8” not) or flange faces, as shown. Stroke is 3 inches in as-cast dimension, but additional stroke length can be added by brazing or welding.
Castings kit includes two parts: body and condensate pump cover; builder to source gland and rod material.
